How did I get here?

For as long as I could remember, I’ve been curious about human behaviour. With a strong sense for efficiency I always wonder; What small changes can amount to profound differences in achievement? What makes people genuinely happy, successful and creatively fulfilled? Why do some people thrive while some suffer, often despite the most challenging circumstances?

I spent a couple of years pouring my creativity into various disciplines. I launched a restaurant at 23, conceptualised several commercial interiors, designed graphics for multi national brands, headed a marketing consultancy and the list goes on to flower arranging. And after several failed attempts at corporate jobs and years trying to choose just one thing to be in life, I realised that my unusual combination of interests and skills allow me to see things others can not. My gifts are my greatest strength and not a liability!

Through all of this I always found myself coaching my clients and then working on their businesses.

I believe when you show up and fully commit, you will experience thrilling empowerment in your life.

I am here to serve you powerfully. I seek mastery as a coach for one simple reason, I really love it. I am forever grateful for my multi-hyphenated talents which I keep discovering. But of all the things I’ve ever done, coaching is my piêce de resistance, the love of my life. I continue to invest countless hours to master my art. It’s the reason I seek mentorship by the best in the world and work with 2 coaches at time myself.

I’m a real person, like you. My work style is genuine without being overwhelming. I won’t force you in a direction you are uncomfortable.

The way I work is grounded, strategic and focused. But it’s also creative, personal and balanced.

My coaching programmes cater for a broad range of people, from executives and directors to entrepreneurs, small business owners and beyond. My clients are people who do things others only dream of and yet whatever comes next still feel like a huge leap.

Through the course of our time together I’ll be committed to breaking down your challenges and craft with you an actionable plan that is aligned with who you are. I consider it my greatest gift to see where other people are powerful, even if they are not able to yet.

Coaching enables you to make real changes in your life. All the answers to your questions, the key to your potential is inside of you. With strategic perspective, focused exercises, regular guidance and on-going support you’ll see the difference between staying where you are and when you start taking huge leaps forward.

It’s beautiful how the entire universe has conspired for me to be here right now. I have been coaching powerful individuals long before I called it coaching and studied the topic for more than a decade. Trust your journey even if you don’t yet know where you are heading.
